Through the love of physical movement, Fred moved on to working in the fitness industry, where for the past sixteen years he has, specailised in fitness, core stability, and swimming for adults and children alike. 2003 saw Fred meeting Boogaloo Sam, the creator of poppin and the boogaloo style, and his group The Electric Boogaloos. Since that first meeting, Fred has been participating in private and group classes in London and Europe re-learning and re-teaching the dance styles that Boogaloo Sam and The Electric Boogaloos’ created. In addition Fred has been studying locking under the guidance Greg Campbellock Jr who was one of the members of the world famous locking group 'The Lockers’ and Sugapop from the Electric Boogaloo's.
