Artistic Director (Robert Hylton) oversees all aspects of the company’s work from touring schedules and productions, education work and fundraising.

Additional to the day to day set up, the musical director, publicist as well as project managers and the all important performers, collaborators, artists and technicians are also brought in per production or project.
